It is a place to have conversations with our clients, and provide tips on the motivational, emotional, and psychological aspects of your health as well as the physical. Our first week we will be discussing, among other things, positive psychology as it relates to setting New Years Resolutions and goal setting.

The vision for Vie began as an idea to create a “home away from home” that not only satisfied fitness goals, but inspired a balanced and healthy living guided by smart, educated trainers and employees.

Since we opened our doors in 2004, Vie has gone above and beyond what we had imagined, continuing to grow and expand to provide our clients with a place for them to feel invigorated, motivated, and receive the personal attention they need to achieve their goals.

The relationship between our dedicated staff and amazing clients has created a Vie community that continues to influence us each and every day and seek new opportunities and ways to further provide our Vie family with the best experience possible.

This blog is our latest addition to the Vie experience. We admit we have a mild case of separation anxiety, so we’ve created a place for us to share information, ideas, tips, and stories to stay connected no matter where you are.

We’ll be coordinating our topics with relevant techniques for classes and events at Vie, so this is your domain to ask questions, post feedback, give us your opinion, or just follow along as we update you on how you can embrace Vie in a whole new way.

We think its time to take our relationship to the next level–we hope you’re as excited as we are to become a little more intimate. We’re sweating already.
